📦 Returns, Refunds & Order Policy
At The TreatBox, we take pride in the quality and presentation of every gift we send. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are subject to the following terms.

- We do not accept returns under any circumstances
- Refunds will not be issued
🔁 Store Credit (Case-by-Case)
While refunds are not provided, we may offer store credit in certain situations.
- All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Any resolution is at the sole discretion of The TreatBox
🚚 Shipping & Responsibility
- Orders are typically processed and shipped by the next business day when in stock
- Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier
The TreatBox is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Damage occurring in transit
- Lost or stolen packages
However, we will review any concerns and assist where possible.

Please ensure all order details are correct at checkout, including:
- Shipping address

Once your order is placed:
- Orders begin processing quickly and changes may not be possible
- No changes can be made once an order has shipped
If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before shipment.
📦 Undeliverable Orders
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal of delivery
The order may be returned to us.
In these cases:
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Store credit may be issued at our discretion
